Your Company Workspace – Your Protected Work Area
Every customer works in DokuTech.app in their own, completely isolated company workspace. All your data – templates, user manuals, glossaries, customer information, and AI settings – are exclusively accessible to members of your company workspace.
This separation is not just organizational but implemented technically at the database level. Every access is filtered through your unique company workspace identifier and secured by a double authorization check. Access to data from another company workspace is technically impossible.

How AI Handles Your Data
DokuTech.app uses AI technology to help you with translation and text generation. In doing so, you may entrust sensitive information to the AI – technical terms, product descriptions, or company-specific formulations. We take this trust seriously.
Temporary Processing
When you start an AI translation or text generation, your texts are sent together with your settings (glossary, tonality, avoidance words) as a one-time request to the AI service. The AI processes your request, returns the result – and afterwards the transmitted data is not permanently stored.
No Memory Between Requests
The AI has no memory. Every translation and every text generation is an independent, isolated process. The AI does not remember previous requests and knows no data from other company workspaces. Your glossary terms and specialized terminology are freshly loaded from your company workspace for each request and used exclusively for this single task.
No Training With Your Data
Your content is not used to train or improve AI models. The AI services used process your data exclusively to fulfill the requested task. Your trade secrets and specialized terminology do not flow into future AI models and remain confidential.
Access Control Through Role System
DokuTech.app uses a multi-level role system. Only authorized persons can access certain functions.
